Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If fraudulent activity or payment issues are suspected, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping and delivery costs are calculated during checkout or quoted separately depending on the order.
Risk of loss and title transfer to you once products are delivered to the shipping carrier.
Omega Custom Fabrication LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Custom-made, fabricated-to-order, personalized, clearance, or final sale items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
Approved returns must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval of returned products.
Orders canceled after production has begun may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, videos, and other materials, is the property of Omega Custom Fabrication LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
